Knauer Never Livin — Off-Road Division
Rock crawlers, trail runs, road trips, and shop life. The KNL division is the lifestyle arm of KNI — documenting every build, every trail, and everything in between.
Flagship Build
The KNL rock crawler is the build that started it all — a full tube chassis buggy built from scratch in the shop, documented from raw steel to trail-ready machine. Every part fabricated, every weld run, every mile earned.

Build Philosophy
Nothing gets bought if it can be built. Nothing gets outsourced if it can be learned. The KNL buggy is a rolling proof of concept — that you can build a competition-capable rock crawler from scratch with shop tools, a welder, and the refusal to quit.
The full build series runs on YouTube — from raw tube to trail runs. No fast-forward. No skipped steps. Real builds take real time, and that's exactly what gets filmed.

Trail reports, locations, and run logs from across the Southeast and beyond.
Over 70,000 acres of OHV trails in Anderson County. Home base. Known for technical rock lines and elevation changes across multiple trail systems.
National forest OHV trails with a mix of rock, root, and mud. Good testing ground for new builds before taking on harder terrain.
Cherokee National Forest trails. Creeks, rocks, and elevation. One of the most diverse trail systems in the Southeast — always a good time.
Trail hikes, summit logs, and outdoor adventures across Tennessee and the Southeast. The off-road lifestyle extends past the buggy.
Long hauls, tow rigs, and destination runs documented from behind the wheel. Where the truck goes, the camera goes.
Late nights, early mornings, and everything in between. The real content of building something that didn't exist before you started.
